DigitALL by Allianz transforms how agencies engage with insurance: merging policies, claims, and client support into a unified tool that boosts speed, clarity, and confidence.
Challenge
Design an interface that works equally well for tech-savvy agents and those less familiar with digital tools; distill complex datasets into intuitive visuals; keep the interface clean and responsive across mobile & web.
My Contribution
- Crafted responsive dashboard designs for both mobile and web interfaces.
- Participated in strategy sessions with Allianz, shaping design direction in real time.
- Created component libraries in Figma to ensure consistent look & feel and smooth handoff to development.
Client & Collaboration
Joined the project mid-way and quickly aligned with both the design team and Allianz brand guidelines.
Participated in frequent stakeholder reviews to validate design decisions early, reducing rework and accelerating delivery.
Visualizing Data
Transformed complex sales and performance reports into clear visuals. Built custom charts and graphs that allowed agents to instantly recognize trends and take informed action. Focused on making insights digestible without oversimplifying the data.
Responsive Design
Designed dashboards that balance dense insurance data with clarity. Organized metrics around agent priorities so that key actions and insights were always accessible. Created layouts that adapt seamlessly across desktop and mobile, ensuring usability in any context.
